Library focus: Check out what BPL has to offer for Spring Break 2017

Spring break will be here next week! For those who are staying local to enjoy spring in Central New York, the library has several programs to fill your days. For the younger crowd we have:

Spring Break Movie: ‘Trolls’ (Rated PG)

2 p.m. Monday, April 2

A musical adventure featuring hit songs by Justin Timberlake and others. When their village is invaded two friends must work together to save the day! Refreshments provided.

Home Depot Kids’ Workshop (ages 3 and older)

2 p.m. Tuesday, April 18

Choose a project and DIY with help from the Home Depot experts. Projects and tools provided.

Spring Break Minecraft Event (ages 8 and older)

2 p.m. Friday, April 21

We are planning to play Minecraft on our new laptops, so come on over!

Play Magic: The Gathering

6 p.m. Tuesday, April 18

Fans meet to duel and trade.

Make Your Own Journal

3 p.m. Wednesday, April 19

Hand-bind a journal; using a journal is a great way to keep track of your thoughts. Materials provided or bring decorations and fabrics to make yours unique.

Onondaga Otaku

3 p.m. Thursday, April 20

Interested in Manga, Anime and Japanese culture? Join us to explore these wonders from Japan. Ramen or sushi will be served.
