A DeWitt man has been charged in Monday’s head-on collision with a Manlius Police car.
Joshua Bilinski, 20, has been charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and violations of operating without insurance, failure to yield the right of way, unsafe turn and unsafe speed.
Police say a Manlius Police car was driving west on Kirkville Road when Bilinski’s vehicle crossed the center line and hit the patrol car head-on, near the intersection of North Manlius Road.
The officer, Bilinksi and his passenger were treated for minor injuries. He’s due back in court at 5 p.m., Feb. 16.
