Friends of Lorenzo’s 2nd Annual Movie on the Lawn will be held on Friday, Aug. 23, and is designed to be an evening of family fun, with the popular Disney movie “Christopher Robin” shown on the front lawn at the Lorenzo State Historic Site.
Admission starting at 5:30 p.m. Bring a blanket or chair. The movie starts at dusk. Food trucks will be available at 6 p.m. and you can purchase food, beverages and desserts from Stockyard BBQ, Not Your Mama’s Kitchen and Gilligan’s Ice Cream. The Middle School PTA will be selling popcorn. There will be music before the movie.
The movie is free; however, donations are appreciated, with 100% of the proceeds to benefit the preservation of the Lorenzo State Historic Site. Thank you for supporting Lorenzo’s fundraising efforts.
