B’ville re-dedicates Baldwin Canal monument

The village of Baldwinsville held a small re-dedication ceremony of the Baldwin Canal monument in Baldwin Canal Square on Nov. 1. The plaque was mounted on a granite monument by Barnes Memorials and placed in Baldwin Canal Square near Sheehan’s Appliances and the stairs to the upper parking lot at KeyBank. From left to right: Sue LeFever of the Beauchamp Historical Club; Bonnie Kisselstein, town of Lysander historian; Walter Virginia, longtime village resident (who recalled his times fishing in the Baldwin Canal); Richard A.
