In December, the Town of Cazenovia announced its plans to continue holding all board meetings via a videoconferencing platform in 2021 until it is safe to resume meeting at the town office, the Gothic Cottage at 7 Albany St.
The decision was made in response to the continuing emergency circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the governor’s executive orders, including Executive Order 202.1.
Links to the virtual meetings will be published in the “Legals” section of the Cazenovia Republican, posted on the town website, and posted on the town office signboard as they are scheduled.
Town board
Town board meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The October meeting will be held the first Monday of the month.
Town board work sessions
Town board work sessions will be held the Wednesday preceding the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. The October work session will be held the Wednesday preceding the first Monday of the month.
Planning board
Planning board meetings will be held the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The date of the April meeting is to be determined.
Planning board work sessions
Planning board work sessions will be held on the Thursday preceding the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The date of the November meeting is to be determined.
Zoning board of appeals
Zoning board of appeals meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The June meeting will be held on Monday, June 21.
Town court
As of Dec. 9, the town court, located at 90 Albany St., is suspended until further notice.
Updates will be available on the town website and the town office signboard.
Typically, the town court is held the first four Wednesdays of each month at 5 p.m.
The Town of Cazenovia Offices are closed to the public to limit the spread of COVID-19.
