Reminder:
The Cazenovia Police Department would like to remind everyone that there is no overnight parking year-round (2 to 6 a.m.) on any public street, municipal lot or village park. Vehicles parked overnight will be issued a parking ticket. During the colder months, if the plows or sanders are called out, any parked vehicle will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense. The Village of Cazenovia offers paid overnight parking on Riverside Drive. Please contact the Village Clerk at 315-655-3041 (Ext. 2) for more details. Arrests:
Brian J Dart, 38, of Earlville, was arrested Oct. 15 in Earlville and charged with grand larceny in the third degree and passing a check with insufficient funds.
Timothy C Dunn, 34, of Bridgeport, was arrested Oct. 15 in Lenox and charge with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a speed violation, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Nicole K Campbell, 44, of Oneida, was arrested Oct. 15 in Oneida and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Arthur J Rebollo, 62, of Chittenango, was arrested Oct. 15 in Wampsville and charged with harassment in the second degree and failing to obey a mandate of a court in the second degree.
Victoria K Tobin, 55, of Chittenango, was arrested Oct. 17 in Wampsville and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, and moving from lane unsafely.
Steven M Wood, 33, of Mattydale, was arrested Oct. 17 in Syracuse and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Henry H Yeomans, 27, of Tully, was arrested Oct. 17 in DeRuyter and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a breath test, moving from lane unsafely, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, failing to use headlights with windshield wipers, and failing to keep right in a two lane road.
Patrick J Higgins Jr, 32, of Canastota, was arrested Oct. 19 in Oneida and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree.
Carlton K Thurston III, 40, was arrested Oct. 20 in Munnsville and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.
Nathan Lee Buffington, 30, of Chittenango, was arrested Oct. 21 in Canastota and charged with execute bench warrant.

Cale D Ostrander, 32, of Canastota, was arrested Oct. 21 in Lenox and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal possession of methamphetamine in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamines in the third degree.
Brandy M Howlett, 36, of Oneida, was arrested Oct. 21 in Lenox and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal possession of methamphetamine in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamines in the third degree, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.
Elizabeth G Ballard, 26, of Cazenovia, was arrested Oct. 22 in Cazenovia and charged with driving while intoxicated, failing to keep right in a two lane road, moving from lane unsafely, and refusing to take a breath test.
David M Pasick, 35, of Utica, was arrested Oct. 22 in Lenox and charged with moving from lane unsafely, an equipment violation, operating a motor vehicle without inspection, driving while intoxicated, and failing to keep right in a two lane road.
Amber R Jewell, 38, of Vernon, was arrested Oct. 24 in Wampsville and charged with failing to appear in court.
