Arrests:
Matthew D Hynes, 34, of Morrisville, was arrested July 12 in Smithfield and charged with two separate counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of an assault weapon in the third degree, and three separate counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
Todd J Nichols, 41, of Canastota, was arrested July 15 in Wampsville and charged with failing to appear in court.
Jeffery Schiavetta, 27, of Oneida, was arrested July 15 in Oneida and charge with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Sara Anne Lane, 38, of Canastota, was arrested July 15 in Wampsville and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter in the second degree, vehicular assault in the second degree, aggravated vehicular assault, reckless driving, failing to yield right of way, and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%.
Jesse A McGauley, 34, of Brookfield, was arrested July 18 in Brookfield and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree.
William A Lafirst Sr, 50, of North Syracuse, was arrested July 18 in North Syracuse and charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal contempt in the first degree.
Edward S Mattox, 58, of Canastota, was arrested July 19 in Canastota and charged with attempted assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
Carolyn A Lioto, 49, of Chittenango, was arrested July 22 in Chittenango and charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal contempt in the first degree.
