On Dec. 21, 2020, Michael T. Lacount, age 41, of 112 Dogleg Drive, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree criminal contempt after an investigation into a verbal, domestic incident on Salina Street where an order of protection was violated. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Jan. 13, 2021.
On Dec. 29, 2020, Iyana Hawkins, age 27, of 417 Village Boulevard North, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and improper passing after a traffic stop on East Genesee Street for passing a motor vehicle on a double, solid line. Computer checks revealed her driver’s license was suspended. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Feb. 17, 2021.
On Dec. 30, 2020, Anthony M. Monk, age 30, of 46 River St., Otego, was arrested and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration, uninspected motor vehicle, and uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Phillips Street for operating a motor vehicle with a white, temporary, old and ripped inspection sticker. Computer checks revealed his driver’s license was suspended. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court on March 10, 2021.
On Dec 30, 2020, Joseph J. Georgianna, age 39, of 82 Oswego St. Apt. 1, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with second degree criminal contempt and petit larceny after an investigation into a verbal, domestic incident on Oswego Street, where an order of protection was violated, on Dec. 27, 2020. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Center and is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Jan. 13, 2021.
On Jan. 4, 2021, Austin J. Bierce, age 25, of 8121 Dog Harbor Road, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument after an investigation into a New York State Parole officer finding him in possession of a syringe. He was released on an appearance ticket and turned over to New York State Parole. He is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 24, 2021.
Man arrested after Lysander domestic incident
A Baldwinsville man is facing two felonies and other charges after violating an order of protection following a domestic incident at an apartment complex on Woodsboro Drive in the town of Lysander.
New York State Police arrested William P. Michlovitch, 38, of Baldwinsville, at 2:50 p.m. Jan. 3, 2021, and charged him with the following:
• Burglary in the 2nd degree, class “C” felony
• Criminal contempt in the 1st degree, class “E” felony
• Criminal mischief in the 4th degree, class “A” misdemeanor
• Resisting arrest, class “A” misdemeanor
• False personation, class “B” misdemeanor
• Harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation
Michlovitch was also charged with providing a false name to officers during the investigation. He was arraigned via Skype and was released on pre-trial release. Michlovitch was scheduled to appear in the town of Lysander Court at 7 p.m. Jan. 27, 2021.
At 7:55 p.m., state troopers responded back to the same apartment complex for a suspicious person complaint. As troopers arrived in the area, they observed Michlovitch exiting the apartment building. During an attempt to initiate an interview, Michlovitch fled on foot but was quickly taken into custody without further incident.
Michlovitch was arrested for going back to the female victim’s residence, damaging the door, and throwing her to the ground. He was processed at SP Lysander and transported to Onondaga County Justice Center to await centralized arraignment.
State Police were assisted at the scene by the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
