Arrests:

Nicole R Camp, 46, of Oneida, was arrested Oct. 20 in Utica and charged with assault in the third degree, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.

Ashley M Golden-Forshee, 33, of DeRuyter, was arrested Oct. 20 in Wampsville and charged with welfare fraud in the third degree, grand larceny in the third degree, and offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree.

Jonathan P Byrnes, 29, of Canastota, was arrested Oct. 21 in Sullivan ad charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree.

Steven E Johnson, 24, of Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 22 in Lenox and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway.

John C Coniglio, 68, of Mt Morris, was arrested Oct. 22 in Lenox and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree.

Brenda J Thayer, 62, of Georgetown, was arrested Oct. 23 in Georgetown and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, failing to obey a police officer, and refusing to take a breath test.

George McDonald Jr, 24, of Kirkville, was arrested Oct. 23 in Oneida and charged with murder intention in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, aggravated criminal contempt, assault with intent to cause serious injury with a weapon in the first degree, two separate counts of criminal contempt in the first degree, and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

Lisa K Decknick, 55, of West Winfield, was arrested Oct. 24 in West Winfield and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.

Timothy C Mitchell, 33, of Oneida, was arrested Oct. 24 in Canastota and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, an equipment violation, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to notify a change of home address, and failing to stop at a stop sign.

Anthony J Bornschein, 39, of Oneida, was arrested Oct. 25 in Oneida and charged with violating probation.

Shawn C St. Onge, 42, of Hamilton, was arrested Oct. 25 in West Edmeston and charged with disobeying a mandate of a court in the second degree.

Martin C Riker, 33, of West Edmeston, was arrested Oct. 25 in West Edmeston and charged with disobeying a mandate of a court in the second degree.

Jeremy L Cook, 23, of Eaton, was arrested Oct. 26 in Eaton and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and violating Encon Laws.

Tyler L Wood, 18, of Brookfield, was arrested Oct. 26 in Utica and charged with illegal discharge of a firearm and falsely reporting a catastrophe in the third degree.

Jeffrey N Cox, 22, of Chittenango, was arrested Oct. 26 in Lenox and charged with disorderly conduct.

Ryan D Diehl, 34, of Vernon Center, was arrested Oct. 26 in Wampsville and charged with execute bench warrant.

Stephanie L Brantley, 41, of Syracuse, was arrested Oct. 27 in Chittenango and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, controlled substance in a non-original container, muffler exhaust system violation, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.

William D Grow, 51, of Munnsville, was arrested Nov. 1 in Oneida and charged with disobeying a mandate of a court in the second degree.

William J Bush, 37, of Canastota, was arrested Nov. 1 in Wampsville and charged with criminal tampering in the third degree.
