Arrests:
Ryan Islam Bashir, 21, of Vernon, was arrested Sept. 21 in Cazenovia and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, a speeding violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and two separate counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.
Daniel L Seitz, 39, of Bouckville, was arrested Sept. 23 in Oneida and charged with resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle while impaired, reckless driving, circumventing an ignition interlock device, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Alexis R Weimer, 23, of Canastota, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with petit larceny.
Jay Bovee, 29, of Canastota, was arrested Sept. 24 in Wampsville and charged with failing to report an address change as a sex offender.
Brandy M Howlett, 35, was arrested Sept. 24 in Oneida and charged with false personation and violating probation.

Michael K Champlin, 36, of Chittenango, was arrested Oct. 2 in Wampsville and charged with execute bench warrant.
Kelsey L Harden, 20, of Oneida, was arrested Oct. 2 in Wampsville and charged with assault in the second degree.
