State Police in Lysander arrested Ernest M. Green, 72, of Lysander, for public lewdness, a class “B” misdemeanor.
On June 28, 2020, troopers responded to a public lewdness complaint on a walking trail behind the area of Woodsboro Drive in Radisson. Several complaints were received of an older male standing just off the walking trail masturbating in public view.
When troopers arrived and began to interview the complainant, a trooper searching the area for the suspect observed a male matching the description of the subject sitting in a gazebo near the entrance of the walking trail. The suspect, identified as Ernest Green, was taken into custody without incident.
Green was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Lysander Court on July 14, 2020, at 7 p.m.
