Joseph M Glouse, 50, of Bouckville, was arrested Dec. 27 in Bouckville and charged with menacing in the second degree, and two separate counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
Charles C Speis, 42, of Morrisville, was arrested Dec. 27 in Morrisville and charged with petit larceny.
Kody J Grico-Wolak, 26, of Madison, was arrested Dec. 29 in Oriskany and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and resisting arrest.
