James Louis-Dewitt Marshall, 24, of Earlville, was arrested Nov. 25 in Earlville and charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Curtiss M Pierson, 34, of North Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 25 in Hamilton and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Randy P Barker, 47, of Kirkville, was arrested Nov. 26 in Kirkville and charged with menacing in the second degree.
Joshua M Marris, 27, of Madison, was arrested Nov. 26 in Madison and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Johnquavious P Glisson, 18, of Wampsville, was arrested Nov. 26 in Wampsville and charged with rape in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Staci F Brydon, 46, of Munnsville, was arrested Nov. 27 in Munnsville and charged with two counts of harassment in the second degree, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.
Darlene R Sayles, 30, of Great Cacapon, was arrested Nov. 27 in Cazenovia and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.
Dustin J Forward, 34, of Bouckville, was arrested Nov. 28 in Bouckville and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Cody J Hull, 26, of Brookfield, was arrested Nov. 28 in Brookfield and charged with harassment in the second degree, three counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and arson in the fifth degree.
Jonathan L Washburn, 44, of Madison, was arrested Nov. 29 in Madison and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree.
Scott E Lohr, 53, of Munnsville, was arrested Nov. 29 in Munnsville and charged with disobeying a mandate of court in the second degree.
Ronnie F Lemon JR, 26, of Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 30 in Chittenango and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, two counts of harassment in the second degree, two counts of obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Glen T Fedor JR, 34, of Eaton, was arrested Nov. 30 in Eaton and charged with execute bench warrant.
