Reminder:
The Cazenovia Police Department would like to remind everyone that there is no overnight parking (2 a.m.-6 a.m.) on any public street, municipal lot or village park. If you are parked overnight-you will be issued a parking ticket.
During the colder months, if the plows or sanders are called out, your vehicle will be ticketed and towed at owner’s expense.
The Village of Cazenovia does offer paid permit parking at Riverside Drive. You can contact the Village Clerk at (315) 655-3041 (ext. 2) for more details. The Village of Cazenovia Clerk’s Office is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Frederick A Casler Jr, 44, of Canastota, was arrested Oct. 28 in Canastota and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, four additional counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, criminal contempt in the first degree, and criminal mischief in the third degree.
Jessica R Emmerich, 19, of Canastota, was arrested Oct. 29 in Canastota and charged with four counts of petit larceny.
Bernard M Winn, 52, of Oneida, was arrested Oct. 29 in Oneida and charged with violating probation.
Luke A Bishop, 50, of Sherburne, was arrested Oct. 29 in Sherburne and charged with an unspecified violation of family court.
Dylan M Pardi, 24, of Rome, was arrested Oct. 29 in Madison and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Dylan R McNabb, 27, of Verona, was arrested Oct. 30 in Verona and charged with an unspecified violation of family court.
Cassandra Ann Tefft, 31, of Morrisville, was arrested Oct. 31 in Morrisville and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Gary L Hawks, 34, of Sherrill, was charged Nov. 1 in Sullivan with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Alex R Sickler, 29, of West Winfield, was arrested Nov. 2 in Cazenovia and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without inspection, and refusing to take a breath test.
Donald Harvey Jr, 30, of Canastota, was arrested Nov. 2 in Canastota and charged with failing to obey a mandate of a court in the second degree, attempted burglary in the second degree, and criminal contempt in the first degree.
