Erika K Pieterek, 20, of Canastota, was arrested May 22 in Canastota and charged with violating probation.
Donald Harvey Jr, 35, of Canastota, was arrested May 22 in Sullivan and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%, failing to stop at a stop sign, speeding, moving from lane unsafely, refusing to take a breath test, and driving while intoxicated.
