Arrests

Brandon Jennings, 25, of Syracuse, was arrested April 21 in Cazenovia and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Madison County Sheriff’s Office arrests

Nicholas P. Colla, 20, of Sullivan, was arrested April 16 in Lenox and charged with operating a motor vehicle without stop lamps, an equipment violation, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.

Tessa M. Ramos, 38, of Utica, was arrested April 17 in Cazenovia and charged with failing to appear in court.

Damien L. White, 37, of Kirkville, was arrested April 18 in Bridgeport and charged with speeding in zone, criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree, two separate counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, controlled substance in non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Stephen D. Payne, 51, of Brookfield, was arrested April 18 in Morrisville and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Noel E. Honeyman, 26, of Canastota, was arrested April 18 in Lenox and charged with speeding in zone, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC at or above .08 of 1%.

Erika P. Eklund, 28, of Oneida, was arrested April 19 in Lincoln and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree.

William J. Bush, 36, of Canastota, was arrested April 20 in Canastota and charged with police officer execute warrant of arrest, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and resisting arrest.
