Cazenovia Police Department
Arrests:
Elizabeth A. Geariety, 41, of Syracuse, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while having a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or greater, improper use of restricted license and unsafe lane change.
Connor S. Hunt, 23, of Cazenovia, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with harassment in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
Warrant:
Carleton E. Haynes, 38, of Cazenovia, had a bench warrant issued for his arrest by Cazenovia Village Court on Dec. 5 for failure to appear. He was originally arrested on charges of menacing in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Arrests:
Charles F. Pickard, 52, of Cazenovia, was arrested Dec. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a weapon.
Naven E. Conley, 74, of Cazenovia, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, using a child under 17 in a sexual performance, possession of sexual performance by a child.

Arrests:
Edward M. Nelson II, 25, of New Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with welfare fraud in the fourth degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Tanya M. Dykeman, 42, of Chittenango, was arrested Nov. 30 and charged with three counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, unlicensed driver, muffler exhaust violation, and failure to use signal lights.
Anna Maria Steadman, 59, of Fenner, was arrested Nov. 29 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Shawnery J. Middleton, 43, of Cazenovia, was arrested Nov. 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated – two previous convictions, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, use leased/rented/loaned vehicle which is not equipped with an ignition interlock device when that person is aware that he or she is doing so, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, refusal to take breath test, changing lanes when hazard present and speeding.
