A round inflatable float on Cazenovia Lake and a pair of eyeglasses at Lakeland Park. Contact the Cazenovia Police Department at 315-655-3276 to claim.

Operating motor vehicle while using mobile phone: 1

Uninspected motor vehicle: 3

 

Police Chief Michael Hayes encourages any residents with information concerning ongoing investigations or other crime tips to call the Cazenovia Police Department at 655-3276. Leave a message if an officer does not answer the phone. All calls and tips will remain confidential.

Arrests:

Eric C. Ault, 33, of Holley, N.Y., was arrested July 6 in Cazenovia and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Timothy J. Grime, 26, of DeRuyter, was arrested July 6 in Cazenovia and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Eneil Torres-Guzman, 20, of Chittenango, was arrested July 6 in Chittenango and charged with sexual abuse in the second degree – sexual contact with a person under age 14, forcible touching and acting in a manner injurious to a child under age 17.

Christopher R. Stampp, 38, of Cazenovia, was arrested July 5 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.

Edward S. Highers, 26, of Morrisville, was arrested on July 13 and charged with assault in the first degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
