Arrests:
Alana N. Abdean, 20, of Bronx, N.Y. (Cazenovia College), was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with petit larceny.
Evan T. Stevens, 33, of Cazenovia, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, burglary in the second degree and petit larceny.

Tyler Beaumont, 18, of Chittenango, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with two counts of rape in the first degree.

Arrests:
David E. Frost, 49, of Erieville, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an unregistered vehicle on a highway and passed red light.
Taylor C. Scott, 19, of Erieville, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with operating motor vehicle without inspection and displaying forged certificate.
Tonnie S. Newcomb, 38, of Cazenovia, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with welfare fraud in the third degree, grand larceny in the third degree and offering a false instrument in the first degree.
