Terrill J. Williams, 19, of Brooklyn, was arrested March 1 and charged with forgery in the second degree, unlawful possession of a personal identification in the third degree, identity theft in the second degree, falsifying business records, petit larceny and grand larceny in the fourth degree.

Elizabeth C. Monroe, 49, of Cazenovia, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and circumventing an interlocking device.
Cody J. Logan, 23, of Cazenovia, was arrested Feb. 215 and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while having a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and littering.
