Felicita S. Ayala, 32, of Owasco Road, Auburn, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with petit larceny.
Anthony Fludd, 31, of Bruce Street, Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
N’Daisha P. Masse, 18, of County Highway 148, Johnstown, NY, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with making a false statement.
Sean J. Preston, 26, of Gregory Parkway, DeWitt, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with an aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .18 percent, a DWI, and improper right turn and failure to keep right.
Shauntia R. Edwards, 27, of Bruce Street, Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree.
Arthur R. Nowell, 36, of Hall Avenue, Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with forgery in the second degree, two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, tow counts of identity theft in the first degree, grand larceny in the third degree and petit larceny.
Michael L. Reed, 50, of Broad Road, Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with petit larceny and issuing a bad check.
Scott M. Miles, 23, of Myers Road, East Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 17 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment in the second degree.
Joseph J. Walsh, 39, of Deerfield Road, East Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with a DWI with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent, a DWI second offense, failure to keep right, failure to signal and having an open container in a motor vehicle.
Terri L. Dillon, 46, of Pickwick Road,, DeWitt, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with obstruction of a governmental official, resisting arrest and harassment in the second degree.
Nicholas D. Arcadi, 29, of N. Sixth Street, Fulton, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with petit larceny.
Brenda R. Jones, 53, of Coolidge Avenue, Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 10 and charged with petit larceny.

A 17-year-old male, of Penstock Way, Manlius, was arrested Nov. 22 on a bench warrant.
Christopher M. Clark, 28, of Malverne Drive, Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with harassment in the second degree.
Dennis M. Barrett, 56, of Highbridge Road, Manlius, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with a DWI refusal of a breath test and a DWI with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent.
Danielle R. Comstock, 24, of Hadley Lane, Manlius, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with a common law DWI, a DWI and speeding.
Evaristo Hernandez, 22, of Polk Street, Syracuse, was arrested Nov. 17 and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and criminal contempt in the first degree.
