The Skaneateles Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Smart Choice Electrolysis to the business community with a ribbon cutting. The new business is located at 29 Fennell St. behind CVS. “The Skaneateles Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to welcome Smart Choice Electrolysis to our business community,” Hilary Fenner, executive director of the chamber of commerce, said. “They offer a unique service that is not currently available in Skaneateles.
