Cicero Police Officer John Cottrell received the Town of Cicero Life Saving Award for helping a drowning man while on vacation in Hawaii. His wife, Elizabeth Cottrell, informed Cicero Police Chief Steve Rotunno of her husband’s life-saving actions.
