The Madison County Farm Bureau has announced the selection of five students as this year’s recipients of FFA Blue Jackets.
This year’s recipients are Hannah Southwick from Cazenovia FFA, Adrienne Byron from Stockbridge Valley FFA, Maddy Gibbons from Hamilton FFA, Eugene Burrows from DeRuyter FFA and Karia Dvorak from Madison FFA.
“It is very rewarding to see these kids grow through this wonderful program,” said Madison County Farm Bureau Promotion and Education Chair Johanna Bossard. “They each work so hard and are making a difference in their chapters and in their communities.”
FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students across the country through education, personal growth, leadership and skill development. The Blue Jacket is more than just an article of clothing; it represents faith, honor and pride.
