The Skaneateles Area Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting welcoming Pink Pineapple Cooking, which is owned by Meryl Erikson. Erikson is a Skaneateles native who graduated from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration with a collaboration degree program with the Culinary Institute of America. She worked at the Inns of Aurora for over a decade before launching her own business in May of this year. “The Skaneateles Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to welcome Pink Pineapple Cooking, owned by Meryl Erikson, to our business community,” Hilary Fenner, executive director of the chamber of commerce, said. “Her business is unique to our chamber and offers kids and adults alike the chance to become pros in the kitchen. We encourage everyone to visit their website and learn more about Pink Pineapple Cooking.” To learn more visit pinkpineapplecooking.com.
