Investigation ongoing in Jordan fire

On Thursday, Decmber 1, 2016 at 11:30am, State Police in Elbridge responded to 980 Schaap Road in Jordan, NY for a reported house fire. Scott R. Dombroski, age 43, was located by firefighters in his first floor bedroom and was transported to University Hospital where he is currently listed in critical condition. Onondaga County Fire Investigator Ron Ryan responded and is currently working to determine the cause for the fire.
Several reptiles were located alive inside the residence and were turned over to a neighbor.  The investigation is continuing.
