Police say Nathan Hall, 23, of Clay was ejected from the vehicle while driving on Interstate-481 after a rollover accident just after 3 a.m.

Two other occupants of the vehicle were also hospitalized. Jozef Tesiorowski, 21, of Clay and Sean Scoggins, 23, of Brewerton, were both injured in the accident. Both are in stable condition.

Police say speed was a factor in the accident and charges are pending against the driver. The car is registered to Hall’s mother, Karen, though police have not yet identified who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident.
