The village boat launch at Lakeside Park has begun its fall schedule.

The launch will be open weekends from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. through Monday Oct. 12.

The village encourages people to use the weekend hours to remove their boats for the season whenever possible. Those who absolutely must remove their boat on a weekday can make an appointment with the village clerk at 655-3041.

Our initial article omitted the fact that the boat launch hours are during weekends only. To clarify, the boat launch is open weekends from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m..
