Mark your calendars! The book sale will take place on the last weekend in from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 25 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 26.
There will be thousands of books, as always, thanks to donations!
The sale will feature a selection of children’s books now in the barn, art books and cookbooks, CDs and DVDs, trade paperbacks (popular fiction and nonfiction) in the barn and bargains in the community room.
Sunday features a bag sale all day: $3 per bag in the tent and $1 per bag in the community room.
Help is needed on the weekend of the sale. Call the library at 655-9322 to volunteer.
In other library news
The First Annual Golden Ticket Event will feature local art from 5 to 8 p.m. July 26 to benefit the library endowment. It will feature a silent auction and raffle to win original works of fine art.
