BALDWINSVILLE — The curtain opens on the Baldwinsville Theatre Guild’s Summer Youth Production, “Children of Eden,” this Friday at 7:30 p.m.
From musical theater greats Stephen Schwartz and John Caird comes a joyous and inspirational musical about parents, children and faith — not to mention centuries of unresolved family business.

Adam, Eve, Noah and the “Father” who created them deal with the headstrong, cataclysmic actions of their respective children. The show ultimately delivers a bittersweet but inspiring message: “the hardest part of love… is letting go.”
“Children of Eden” stars students from Baldwinsville, Oswego, Fulton, Mexico, Liverpool and Weedsport.
“Don’t miss this incredible piece of musical theater that the students have worked so hard to bring to life,” the BTG said in a statement.
The production is directed by Ceara Windhausen and produced by Kathryn Woods. Musical director is Nick Godzak.
Performances of “Children of Eden” are at 7:30 p.m. July 15, 16, 17, 21, 22 and 23. There is a 3 p.m. matinee on Sunday, July 17. Tickets are $26 each (senior/student price is $22). Contact the box office at 315-877-8465 or [email protected] to reserve your seats.
