MATTYDALE — Would you like to try something new? Adult kit giveaways are available every week at Salina Library. These kits are available for one month.
On the first Monday of the month we have an intermediate crochet kit. Project instructions and the yarn needed are included in the kit. October’s kit is Pumpkin Cotton Pads.
On the second Monday there’s an activity kit, which could include cooking, mending, contests, and more. The October activity is an Urban Survival Kit.
On the third Monday is a craft kit. Everything needed to make the craft is in the bag. October’s craft is a Blingy Monogram Key Chain. Email [email protected] to request an initial.
On the fourth Monday we have a craft kit for adults with special needs. These kits should be made with a friend or family member. The October kit is a Mini Pumpkin decoration.
Stop by on Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., or Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to pick up a kit.

No appointment is needed to come in and browse, use a computer or the copier, have your vaccination card laminated, use our Wi-Fi, or send a fax. Faxing is free.
As always, a mask is required to enter.
