On May 21, hundreds of people came out for the official opening of the Carrier Park Field of Dreams, a planned multi-use sports complex that will be the home to the Syracuse Challenger Baseball League.
When complete, the complex will be fully handicap accessible and include 10 professional-quality little league diamonds; two championship-level, multi-athletic turf fields for soccer, lacrosse and football; courts for basketball, volleyball and tennis; a playground; and many other features.
