To the editor:
Tim McMahon is the best choice for Manlius Town Judge. As an optometrist with a local family practice, my father and I work with and treat professionals every day. I have known Tim since middle school, when we played baseball together, and have watched his career progress from college, to law school, to litigator, and now as principal law clerk for Judge Brian DeJoseph on the State Supreme Court, Appellate Division. Tim is the ultimate professional and his work ethic is second to none. I am confident that Tim’s dedication to the profession will continue if elected as Manlius Town Judge.
Tim has always been an extremely hard worker. Whether it was in the classroom or on the baseball field, he was always driven to be the best. This drive has earned him a great reputation throughout the legal community in Syracuse. In any given situation, whether professional or with friends, Tim is fair-minded and always has an even temperament. He has the ability to calm any situation by viewing things objectively. His ability to analyze the facts that are in front him and make objective decisions has helped him in numerous situations. All of these qualities will serve Tim well as Manlius Town Judge.
I fully recommend Tim as Manlius Town Judge. His credentials and character speak for themselves. He is not only a great lawyer, he is a great person and friend (as long as he doesn’t keep beating me in golf). He is a man who will continually work hard to make you proud to call him a friend; or in this case, your judge. Please vote for Tim and he will make Manlius proud.
