To the editor:
On July 13, 2016, I had the opportunity of attending a program sponsored by Common Grounds presented by Sarah Huftalen (CNHP) and Meg Tobin (MA, LMHC). The program introduced us to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) a powerful and realistic, drug-free stress reducer. They reviewed how the brain responds to stress and trauma. About 12 of us attended at Common Grounds and it was a very worthwhile and practical program. I would highly recommend this amazing program – it is real life skills for everyone.
The program is being offered again by Common Grounds on Nov. 1 (Tuesday) at Common Grounds at 7 p.m. — I personally endorse it and hope more people will attend to obtain more information about this technique.
