LIVERPOOL — Read on for upcoming activities at Liverpool Public Library and Salina Free Library:
Liverpool Public Library hosts ‘PAWS to Read’
Kids and dogs, dogs and kids.
Throw in books and the chance to read together, and you’ve got the PAWS to Read event in the Children’s Room at the Liverpool Public Library.
Popular pooches Brody and Roxie will visit the room from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. every Saturday in November and December. The dogs will alternate weeks on the carpet with the young folks.
Children can sign a list that will be available in the room for a time slot to read with the friendly dogs.
Families and caregivers can sit nearby, listen and say hello. The dogs are very good neighbors.
