Morrisville — Morrisville State College will hold an open house on Friday, Feb. 19.
The open house gives prospective students the opportunity to visit the Morrisville campus and interact with current college students and employees.
The event kicks off at 10 a.m. with a welcome ceremony in the student activities center (STUAC). There will also be academic presentations and facility tours at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
There will be an admissions presentation at 11:30 a.m. where students can meet the admissions staff, learn about the enrollment process, how to apply for scholarships and learn more details about Morrisville State College.
A financial aid presentation will be held at 1 p.m. emphasizing what steps students need to take while filing for FASFA and other important information needed for financial aid.
In the hospitality suite at 1 p.m., there will be a student panel and Q&A session. Current students will be giving their own perspectives on campus life, housing, class experiences and internships to prospective students.
Campus tours are from 9 to 10 a.m. and 1 a.m. to 3 p.m.
