All meetings will be held at the town offices at the Gothic Cottage, 7 Albany St., Cazenovia, unless specified otherwise.
Town board meetings will be held the second Monday of each month. October and November meetings will be the first Monday of the month. Meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Town board work sessions will be held Wednesday preceding the second Monday of each month. October and November works sessions will be held the Wednesday preceding the first Monday of the month. Work sessions will begin at 7 p.m.
Planning board meeting will be held the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The July meeting date is yet to be determined.
Planning board work sessions will be held Thursday preceding the first Thursday of each month. The November and December meeting dates are to be determined. Meetings will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Zoning board of appeals meeting will take place the fourth Monday of each month. The January meeting will be held Jan. 21 and the May meeting will be held May 18. Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m.
Town court will be held at 90 Albany St. the first four Wednesdays of each month beginning at 5 p.m.
The town also announced that due to the upcoming holidays the following days the town offices will be closed: Tuesday, Dec. 24, Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.
The town office will be open normal business hours with the exception of the above dates.
The town also said each year, there is a group of residents that pay their town and county taxes before the end of the calendar year.
Madison County will be mailing tax bills shortly after Christmas.
If you would like to receive a “2019” receipt for your tax payment, mail your payment to the town office on or before Dec. 31, 2019.
Please be sure to ask the post office to postmark your envelope.
Only if payment has a “2019” postmark, will the tax collector be able to provide a “2019” receipt.
Otherwise, your payment will be processed and receipted on the day it was received.
