On March 28, James J. Gentile, 39, of 104 Lynn Drive, North Syracuse, was charged with 7th degree criminal possession of controlled substance, driving while intoxicated drug, 3rd degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene.
On March 29, Alberto J. Carmenatty, 30, of 130 Palace Court, North Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

On April 1, Joseph M. Peters, 20, of 8026 Pickett Lane, Cicero, was charged with 5th degree criminal possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of marijuana and no/inadequate headlights.
On April 2, Christopher G. Mayorga, 43, of 5743 Sunset Terrace, Cicero, was charged with 2nd degree criminal contempt.
On April 3, Anthony Holland, 37, of 1660 Taylor Ave., Utica, was charged with 4th degree grand larceny, petit larceny.
Also on April 3, Andrew Howard, 39, of 591 Vansiclen St., New York, was charged with 4th degree grand larceny, petit larceny.
On April 4, Ralph A. Ambert, 48, of 1417 Bleecker St., Utica, was charged with 4th degree grand larceny, petit larceny.
On April 5, Joshua D. Gaffey, 28, of 28 Tubbs Road, Richland, was arrested on a bench warrant.
On April 8, Jacob J. Plumley, 20, of 7743 Davis Road, North Syracuse, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
On April 10, Phillip Labrake, 38, of 116 Highland Ave., North Syracuse, was charged with 2nd degree strangulation, 3rd degree assault, 4th degree criminal mischief, 4th degree criminal mischief and 2nd degree unlawful imprisonment.
On April 23, Abdulmalek Abdul Nagi, 23, of 1506 First St., Syracuse, was charged with 5th degree criminal possession of controlled substance, 7th degree criminal possession of controlled substance, criminal possession of marijuana, possession of unstamped cigarettes for sale.
On April 28, James O. Dunn Jr., 42, of 4004 Plum Yew Circle, Liverpool, was charged with driving while ability impaired and unlawful possession of marijuana.

On May 1, Nicholas T. Crisafi Jr., 37, of 413 Pleasant Ave., North Syracuse, was charged with DWI with a BAC of .18% of higher, DWI with a BAC of .08% or higher, driving while intoxicated, failure to use designated lane and open container.
On May 1, Jason R. Dewey, 44, of 114 Maxwell Ave., North Syracuse, was charged with falsely reporting an incident and making a punishable false written statement.
On May 1, Randall A. Moses Jr., 36, of 5607 Bear Road, Clay, was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
