On May 20, Justin A. Carson, 36, of 47 Downer St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment after an investigation into a physical domestic incident on May 2 where the injured victim (and her three children) was locked in the residence and prevented from calling for help. He was released on a pre-trial release to appear in court on May 23.
On May 22, Chase J. Strong, 19, of 46 Oswego St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with third-degree felony grand larceny and eleven counts of felony falsifying business records after an investigation into more than $3,000 in cash stolen from his employer’s cash register at Byrne Dairy, at 83 E. Genesee St., from Apr. 27 to May 14. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court at a later date.
On May 29, a juvenile was arrested and charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief after an investigation into a stolen and damaged cellular phone at Baker High School at 29 E. Oneida St. on May 29. The juvenile was released to a parent and issued a juvenile appearance ticket to appear at the Onondaga County Department of Probation on June 6.
On May 31, a juvenile was arrested and charged with making a terroristic threat after an investigation into a verbal threat regarding a plan to shoot specific targets when the juvenile returned to school next year. The juvenile was released to a parent and issued a juvenile appearance ticket to appear in Onondaga County Family Court on June 4.
On June 5, Eric L. Sereno, 41, of 55 Salina St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with felony third degree criminal mischief after an investigation into a physical, domestic incident where the victim’s vehicle was damaged and a piece of jewelry was broken. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and was scheduled to reappear in the Village of Baldwinsville Court on June 8.
On June 8, Garrett V. Domblewski, 26, of 418 Sherman St. Apartment No. 3, Watertown, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, and drove left of hazard markings when alcohol involvement was detected after a traffic stop on West Genesee Street for crossing the double solid, yellow, center line into the oncoming lane of traffic. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court on July 11.
On June 9, John D. Cornell, 45, of 43 Downer St., Baldwinsville was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation into a suspicious person complaint in the area of 36 Canton St. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on July 11.
