Arrests:
Celine M. Dancio, 23, of New Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner’s consent.
Deborah A. Slocum, 58, of New Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with harassment in the second degree.
Zachary C. Davis, 18, of Chittenango, was arrested Oct. 30 in Cazenovia and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17.
