Arrests:
Fatou Sangare, 20, of New York City (Cazenovia College), was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
Pablo Riosmolina, 24, of Cazenovia, was arrested on Feb. 20 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree; he was also ticketed for no license and a seat belt violation.
Stephen Zhao, 20, of Cazenovia, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with failure to appear for summons.
