Arrests:
Elizabeth B. Lane, 27, of Cazenovia, was arrested on Feb. 5 and charged with suspended registration; she was also ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests:
Gary M. Robertson, 35, of New Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with harassment in the second degree and two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17.
Michael W. Vreeland, 22, of Cazenovia, was arrested Feb. 16 in Fenner and charged with aggravated cruelty to animals. Vreeland was also arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.
