Correction:
In the police blotter published in the Feb. 3 issue, it was stated that Jonathan E. Phillips, of Cazenovia, had been arrested on Jan. 28 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. Phillips’ arrest, while seemingly correct at the time, was actually the result of improper paperwork filing and the DMV computer having incorrect information. The charges against Phillips will therefore be dismissed as having been made in error.
