Jyoti Harnes, 50, of Cazenovia, was arrested on Jan. 30 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and ticketed for operating an unregistered vehicle, operating without inspection, failure to notify DMV of address change and unlicensed operation.

Jorge A. Ortiz, 37, of Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested Jan. 31 in Cazenovia on a warrant for being a fugitive from justice.
Valerie A. Whaley, 49, of Canastota, was arrested Feb. 3 in Fenner and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Kimberly A. Wright, 22, of Norwich, was arrested Feb. 3 in Fenner and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Anthony B. Armstrong, 51, of Chittenango, was arrested Feb. 4 in Chittenango and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
