LIVERPOOL — Edge Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce its new March Kindness campaign.
March Kindness is a virtual giveaway where members of the community will nominate and vote for their favorite small businesses in the Liverpool, Baldwinsville, and Phoenix communities. Through nominations and subsequent voting, the community will determine which small business and their employees will be the recipient of $2,500.
“It’s no secret that the last 12 months have been incredibly difficult. Our community members have risked their health to provide services, lost loved ones, and have seen their salaries or revenues severely impacted,” said Theresa Lotito-Camerino, CEO of EdgeFCU. “We want to do our part, and we’re asking our communities’ help to identify businesses in need.”
The nomination stage started Feb. 15 and will run through 11:59 p.m. Feb. 26. The 16 most-nominated businesses will then enter the bracket phase on Facebook, where the final winner will be announced March 26.
