Q: What problem does your business solve?
A: We help our clients wade through all the information and hype so they can get the best value on their vacation dollars.
Q: Why does your product or service stand out?
A: We plan each client’s vacation as if it is our own. Plus, we are available 24/7 (not a call center) to answer any questions or help solve problems our clients may have.
Q: Why did you choose to locate your business in B’ville?
A: We live here and raised three children in B’ville. B’ville is home to us.
Q: What is your favorite part about the B’ville community?
A: B’ville has a great community spirit and offers so much to do all year long.
Q: What do you see for your business in the next five years?
A: We see our agency growing in size but never losing that personal relationship with our clients. Just this year we added an agent in the Watertown area and we plan on adding at least one more agent in the next two years. We have also made a commitment to AMA Waterways, Avalon, and Viking to expand our knowledge base of their current and future European River Cruise products.
Q: What super power would you like to have?
A: Flying — it would save a ton of money on airline tickets.
