On Dec. 8, Sydney M. Talerico, 24, of 7772 Canton St., Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, unlawful possession of marijuana and speed-in-zone when alcohol involvement was detected after a traffic stop on Maple Road for speeding and for being in possession of marijuana. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Jan. 10.
On Dec. 9, Kevin S. Gray, 48, of 8 Bridge St., Phoenix, was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .18 percent, unlawful possession of marijuana and driving to left of pavement markings when alcohol involvement was detected after a traffic stop on East Genesee Street for traveling over the yellow double center lines and for being in possession of marijuana. Computer checks revealed a previous conviction for driving while intoxicated in the past ten years. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Jan. 17.
On Dec. 13, Rocco A. Stanley, 33, of 21 Northstar Blvd., Oswego, was arrested and charged with petit larceny regarding a bench warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Nov. 16. He turned himself in, was arraigned in front of Judge Huling and released on his own recognizance to reappear in court on Jan. 10.
On Dec. 13, Justin M. Januszka, 18, of 4790 Haverton Lane, Liverpool, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation into a suspicious vehicle complaint in the parking lot of St. Mary’s Church, at 49 Syracuse Street, where he was found to be in possession of marijuana and smoking paraphernalia. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Jan. 17.
On Dec. 16, Susan F. Alexander, 55, of 175 Durston Ave., Syracuse, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, and moved from lane unsafely when alcohol involvement was detected after a traffic stop on East Genesee Street for drifting off the right side of the road and striking the snow bank multiple times. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court on Jan. 17.
On Dec. 18, Cheyne D. Dolan, 23, of 301 Park St., Syracuse, was arrested and charged with two counts of fourth degree felony grand larceny, petit larceny, and third degree unauthorized use of a vehicle regarding two arrest warrants issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Dec. 13. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and is scheduled to reappear in the Centralized Arraignment Court at a later date.
On Dec. 18, Anne Lilly-Hyrnyk, 65, of 1102 Conifer Drive, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny after an investigation into stolen Christmas ornaments from 700 Conifer Drive on Dec. 15. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in court on Jan. 17.
On Dec. 20, Jason M. Legrett, 44, of 3212 Walker Road, Auburn, was arrested and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operator and no seat belt regarding an arrest warrant issued by the Village of Baldwinsville Court on Aug. 10. He turned himself in, was arraigned in front of Judge Huling, and released on his own recognizance to reappear in court on Jan. 17.
