John Frateschi, 64, was charged Thursday, Dec. 1 under the indictment. Police allege he and Lydia Perry-Mosher, 24, of Syracuse robbed and burglarized a home in Westmoreland on March 2, 2010. The woman’s home was entered and property was forcibly stolen from her.

Perry-Mosher was charged with second-degree robbery in February.

Frateschi is currently an inmate at Groveland Correctional Facility, jailed on a previous conviction for second-degree burglary and first-degree robbery from an incident in Onondaga County.
