Community web site to provide one-stop information to area businesses, organizations
The Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce wants to help you boost your online presence.
Partnering with Think Advertising, the chamber has created the website B-ville.com, which will provide online information regarding businesses, organizations, government and more to individuals surfing the web in an effort to learn more about the Baldwinsville community.
“Anything related to living, working, playing in Baldwinsville will be on this website,” said Shane Kennard, a member of the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce.
Kennard, who moved here with his family from Arkansas a few years ago, said he researched Baldwinsville before relocating and found it challenging to find online information about the area.
“There was no place to go that had everything,” he said, adding that B-ville.com will fill this gap.
eatures of B-ville.com include free business pages, community contributed news, upcoming events, job listings, free classifieds, a medical directory, online dining menus, real estate options, coupons and much more. All features enhance community awareness and involvement and will be presented at the launch party.
The chamber will launch their new community website at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday June 16 with a community-wide launch party held at Hills Farnham and Hills, 16 Oswego St. in the village.
At the event, the new Baldwinsville Chamber logo will be revealed along with the dedication and presentation of the B-ville.com website. The event will consist of a free evening of music and food for all who attend. All community members and businesses are invited to attend the launch party.
The launch party begins a two-day series of meetings and presentations for area businesses and organizations to learn more about this new community resource and the benefits it brings to the Greater Baldwinsville Area.
