On Oct. 12, 2016, State Police in Elbridge arrested David R. Kerr III, age 33, from 10 West Genesee Street in Skaneateles, NY for Forgery 2nd degree, a class “D” felony and Grand Larceny 4th degree, a class “E” felony.
Kerr was charged after an investigation revealed that he stole credit cards and then used them at multiple businesses in Skaneateles. He was arraigned in the Town of Skaneateles Court and subsequently granted pre-trial release until his next court date of November 9, 2016 at 7 p.m.
